Knowing Your Coffee Roasts

Ever get confused when hearing about different styles of roast coffee?
First Row -Light – light bodied and grassy, sour
Second Row – Medium – full bodied, a little sweeter and balanced by aroma, and complexity (I prefer)
Third Row – Dark – Spicy, rich almost chocolaty body, aroma turns to sweetness
Fourth Row – Very Dark – Smoky and tastes more like the process than the bean
